A genuine Australian opal doublet has been set in sterling and fine silver. I have made this one-of-a-kind necklace by sawing, soldering, texturing, and finishing the design entirely by hand. Pendant hangs from a sterling silver chain featuring a 3-inch extender allowing it to be worn between 22-25 inches in total length. The silver has been oxidized and polished to create a patina finish.
